A little friendly challenge was laid before me, to write a poem around the words "Rain Shadow". I accepted and this is the result.
Rain - 24 Jul 13
Shadows left
Under trees
No sun
Rain
Air gently scented
Cool breath
Falling drops
Circles on puddles
Thunder dances
Across the sky
Secret Lover
Illuminates
A little kiss
As we dance
Holding close
In the rain shadow
