As of the date of this poem [10 Dec], I have had five butterflies in my office appearing at night. Clast is the sediment remaining after erosion. Visualising dream archaeologists scraping around in the remnants of my dreams.

Cornwall in autumn and winter is often beset with low-flying cloud.
