Light Bringer

Looking out of my window at the rain-filled sky, I was suddenly inspired to write a few words.  They grew into the poem you see here.

Darkness never chosen
Wrapped itself
Around me
Birds sweep past
Unnoticed
Unwatched

You
Entered my life
Things changed
I changed
You brought light
Love and life

Shorter than I had anticipated but it works I think.
