After writing the body of the poem I tried to find a title, the only thing which came to mind was the title of the classic work "The Once And Future King". Obviously I could not use that so, with a minor change it all came together.

A time ~ a place
When the echo
Of something
That has not yet
Happened
Is clear
In my eyes ~ in my mind
Touching is now
This is yet another Love song.

"Pre-memories"? i can only think of one time that i "saw" something which i KNOW is going to happen in the future. it was a lovely feeling... a lovely future image.

Yes, "Pre-memories" are available - you just have to remember not to write them off as imagination.
