In the sand
I wrote a message
For you
Just three words
Simple
So full of meaning
The tide came in
Took my words
To you
Waves returned
Moved on
When I looked
There were five words
“I know ~
I Love you"
I find it rather interesting how some things come back and ask to be amended.
