Little Touches
.
Touches can be visual. Feel them all.
.
Little Touches - 16 May 19
In the night
Moments drift
Carrying the shadows
Of the Moon
Little touches of tarnished
Silver wrapped in
Misted words
Dripping with the rain
The Moon touched me
Showed me a truth
And I stood in the rain
.
The touches can show so many things.

Moondancer
.
She dances for me.
.
Moondancer - 05 Dec 18
No shadow in the silver light
Dream holds me in her eyes
Soft music plays around me
Trees echo the song
To inspire the moves
Moondancer dances
Silver robes swirl
.
Have you seen her?

Moondancer
.
This poem was birthed without warning in the middle of the night.
.
Moondancer - 06 Dec 18
No shadow in the silver light
Dream holds me in her eyes
Soft music plays around me
Trees echo the song
To inspire the moves
Moondancer dances
Silver robes swirl
.
I like where this came from and where it is going.

Moonbow Dreams
Seeing a photograph of a Moonbow on the BBC News website reminded me of acrually seeing them during my stays on the edge of Dartmoor.

Sun Flower
Some thoughts on a special natural beauty.
Sun Flower - 19 May 16
Blossoms wrapped
In a sheet of blue
Washed by a gentle stream
Caressed with silver
Embellished with gold
The flowers of the Sun
Carry the empowerment
Of the Moon
All flowers are Sun Flowers.

Photographs [Acrostic]
I offer another acrostic today.
Photographs [Acrostic} - 18 Jan 16
Pieces of time
Held in a cocoon
Of silver
Touched by the light
Of a different day
Graphical imagry
Retained within the paper
Art revealed
Privately to a tender gaze
Holding memories from
Somewhen
In the "old days" when photographs were taken using negatives, the images were made using silver.

Visible Thunder
Another observation in the night.
Visible Thunder - 27 Oct 15
Rolling across the rooves
Full Moon paints
A silver trail
Between black branches
Leaving black ghosts
Scattered everywhere
In the thunder of moonllight
Before you question the spelling ~ "rooves" is the old spelling and "roofs" should be pronounced with the "v" sound. I rather like the old ways.

Moon Touched
Just a simple feeling.
Moon Touched - 24 Sep 15
Soft sliver breath
She smiled
Offered a kiss
And with a touch
Raised me to her
Walked around me
Danced my Soul
She smiled on
Sang a gentle lullaby
Took me
Into night with her
Love and being cared while about to enter sleep.

Moon Robes
Queen or, perhaps, Empress of the Night rules with Love.
Moon Robes ~ 04 Apr 15
Clothed in silver
Light glistens
In your hair
You wear the Moon well
In one hand
The orb of night
Filled with stars
Beacons to light your way
The other holds the sceptre
Luna magic
White gold keeping
The mysteries growing
In your Heart
Your Love
Holds me
Willing captive
. . . and I was not talking about the Moon.

Moon Journey
A little Love song, part of the "Five Thousand Miles" sequnce.
Moon Journey - 07 Jan 15
Moon looks down to me
Silver robe glitters
Through the night
Same Moon watches
Over you
Five thousand miles
No distance for Moon
She smiles
Her gentle kiss of light
Touches me too
We kiss in secret
Moon watches and smiles
Sharing our moment
No secrets under Moon
I rather like the way this series is developing.

Queen's Moon
A gentle Love song.
Queen's Moon - 12 Aug 14
Delicately touching
The hands of the Lady
Smoothes my wrinkled brow
Her subtle beauty
Wrapped in Moonlight
Edged in silver
Lights the night
Lights the day
Lights my life
I was going to refer to this poem as a delicate Love song.

Kisses In The Dark
Muse again interrupted a DVD I was watching to suggest that I write a poem so, as requested, here is the poem.
Kisses In The Dark - 02 May 14
In near dark
Moon’s reflected glow
Paints streaks
On the walls
Silver glint
In your eyes
As you lean forward
Lips touch
Painting kisses
On our Hearts
As I have said before, I will never argue with Muse.

Game Of Day
This poem started to grow in the late afternoon when Muse requested that I create a sequel to "Game Of Night".
Game Of Day - 20 Apr 14
Day takes
Silver slivers of the night
Weaves them with the blue
In your dream
Fills my world with you
Adds your dream to me
I see you
Everywhere
Through the day
I see you
In me
Always
There may be more to come in this Game series.
