In primal forms

Slide past 

Visiting places

I once inhabited 

Wondering why 

I am returning

To them 

Fevered thoughts

Perhaps

I do not want to go back.

Between Sun and Moon 

I stand

Watching the shadows 

Crawl

Across the stars

Reflected by 

The waters in the lake

And echoed 

By the clouds 

The Sun and Moon 

Talk to me

Whisper the shadows 

Back to

The darkness they 

Were born

Watch them move. 

. 

Different Shore

. 

Travelling through the infinities.

The sands of time 

Have drifted on 

Formed dunes 

On another world 

And wrapped the 

Faded dreams 

Broken shells 

On a different shore 

Where our feet 

Never walked 

Though our dreams

Floated occasionally 

Among the clouds

Good to drift, occasionally.

Only felt as damp 

Wind pushes clouds

Against me 

Medium 

Rain makes everything

Wet and gets

Into my clothes 

Hard 

Sleet stings with every touch

Feels like it causes bruises 

Driven pain

As clouds extinguish stars

One at a time 

Swirling 

Black 

In night's shadow 

The mares congregate

To reap the unguarded dreams

Remembering one day a long time ago.

Thunder still danced

Across the sky

Echoed from horizon

To moor top

As the clouds began to

Recede

After the storm

Lasting all night

Finally accepted a draw

When we have a plasma storm here, it is usually spectacular.

Too often recently it has been this way.

To show his face 

Long night 

Starless 

Looking for our star 

Still waiting after dawn 

The clouds are brighter 

Still waiting 

For the Sun

Sometimes even the clouds do not get much brighter.

Slow swell rocking gently 

Looking at the horizon

Across the ground 

Grey water 

I feel grey 

As the clouds 

Wrap me 

In their grey blanket 

Of rain 

I taste the grey

Not the first time and it probably will not be the last when I experience the grey.
