In our minds while we sat

The Heath seemed to shine

We stayed for a while 

Watching the Moon rise

Against invisible obstructions 

Legs not going

Where they are requested 

Walking is difficult

Seems to stay still 

Showing the presence

Of a hidden object 

In the midstream

The river warns 

Of possible dangers

Messages come from everywhere.

A long journey has begun.

Telling us that all is well 

Harbour is a long way off

Gone from our sight 

We are underway

To a new land 

Will the stars welcome us

A really long journey between the worlds.
