Wolf Moon

Various peoples refer to the first full Moon of the year as Wolf Moon, this year it coinsides with a lunar eclipse.

Of the year 

The air still cold 

From the winter frosts 

Ground damp 

From the rains 

Added flavours 

As the wolf passes 

Through eclipse

It has not been frosty here but it gives a good flow to the poem.
