On the waters were cast

The requests of the Lovers 

That all times should 

Be there for them 

The prayers be carried 

To the sea 

And to the gods 

. 

Not something I have needed to do.

Ancient gods still speak 

In thunder voice 

Across the void of time 

And the moons of remembering 

Still remember 

And in the cold days 

The myths live on
