A little friendly challenge was laid before me, to write a poem around the words "Rain Shadow". I accepted and this is the result.

Shadows left
Under trees
No sun
Rain
Air gently scented
Cool breath
Falling drops
Circles on puddles
Thunder dances
Across the sky
Secret Lover
Illuminates
A little kiss
As we dance
Holding close
In the rain shadow
