Distant Dreams

On the shore, dreams seem so far away.

The darkness wrapped me 

Put my dreams 

Into an old seashell 

I put the shell to my ear 

To try and catch the words 

In the distant waves 

All I heard was the whisper 

Of the Moon as she told 

The tales which dwelt there 

But my dreams 

Were silent 

Again
