I watched 

The glimmering 

Between worlds

Free time from 

The wind 

Every reality was

Fractured in

Unthinkable ways 

The lock remains 

And the wind holds

Even at the lightest, the wind is more powerful than you know.

A dream washed up 

Left in a place 

Where things are 

Often forgotten 

Abandoned 

To the vagaries 

Of the tide 

Sad remains 

Of a once loved 

Dream 

Unrembered 

Lying in the fragments 

Of the seaweed 

Walk away 

It is not your dream

How many things once had meaning.

Memories can colour entire lives.

The plaintive call 

Still echoes above 

The Red Cliffs

Every dawn 

As the memory 

Of the lost Lover 

Is recalled 

He is never forgotten

But gradually 

The tears dry 

And the call fades 

A little

Fades but it never goes away completely.

The path is clear.
